Gruffy made an updated version of gSUB, only for use in enigma1!

-------
- Added a feature to the 2SUB python plugin. It will restart 2SUB if it is not running, not
only at startup, but on all channel changes etc.
- Ported back to gSUB as well! :-D

Om jag skall skaffa mig "Rellook Cube Cafe" och vill ansluta den till CS vad skall jag
då ha för image osv för att den skall fungera med CD och V**S*T och med undertexter
också vid inspelning?
