dreambox dm600 c inget signal

hey i just got my dreambox, connected it to the modem, and from the comhem plug to the dreambox, how do i search for the channels , when i go on to automatic scann it finds all the channels, but its says no SIGNAL , how do i get the signal to work?

did you insert the subscription card into the reader?

i dont really know, i just bought the dreambox and another person did it for me , he knows how to do it with the parabol , this is the first time with comhem. he connected everything i guess , but it says no signal.

there is a cable from the modem to the dreambox, and then from the walljack of comhem to the dreambox and then from dreambox to the tv antenna, but t always says no signal

i have comhem at home a large package does that make any difference?

If it finds channels while searching i doubt the tuner is bad...

it finds all the channels , its just when i click on a chennel to watch it, it says no signal

could be the rpoblem that he put the channels that the parabol can get instead of the channels comhem can get , i dont know what to try anymore

Check if the file "cables.xml" is OK.
