Samsung sata 3 i premium hd
Jag har fått hem min premium hd och började med att proppa in en Samsung SpinPoint M7 500GB. Efter det sedvanliga trial and error kom jag fram till att det förmodligen bara fungerar med sata 1.5.
Enkelt att bygla trodde jag men icke sa nicke. En del googlande klargjorde för mig att jag behöver någon Disk Manager från samsung. Bland annat denna post från http://www.satelliteguys.us/azbox-di...hard-disk.html

Regarding the speed and how to change it... it depends on the hard drive... some of them is set via a jumper setting and some of them via software... in my case, the documentation of the hard drive was also very bad done, so I had to lose hours to discover it had to be done via a program Samsung provides. In its paper documentation they said it was done via a jumper setting, which the only thing it did is DISABLE the hard disk (it was unrecognized after setting the jumper they said)... but looking further in its web, I saw a program which let you change the speed...

Så har ni några bra tips på hur jag ska få igång denna disk i en azbox?
Jag har inte lyckats hitta något alternativ till denna disc manager, lyckas någon annan? Förhoppningen är ju att Samsung svarar något givande på mitt mejl men inget ännu.
