It does not mean at all any change in scrambling/descrambling method.
If your cable operator changed his scrambling system I don't think we can do something.
Sorry. Try asking your operator in order to know what is possible to do.

My cable company, www.comhem.se does not seem to support the xsat
So I will not get any help from them either.

I guess the money I spent on this was waste. (sad..)
