Small update: TPS decoding
put tps.bin in /var/keys or /tmp

small faq: Why its still try some server bevore emu decoding, for example tps?
Well..as you know latest evo versions put a file in /var/keys wich tell how's the way to decoding( services.txt), you
better maybe delete this file and restart again.
