Kathrein Video Manager
Ch had a "small" program developed by Chen to the videos / movies from Kathi manage.
Needed is the Microsoft. NET Framework 2.0
Developed is everything in C #
The new video encoding VLC is needed.

The following is being implemented:
-- Access to the videos on file system (path) when the plate is on the computer
-- Or via FTP (it's not supposed to give Kathi which an FTP server running)
-- List of available videos with detailed descriptions
-- Delete Videos
-- And "New Videos"

In "New Video", a file selection for the drawn to video.
It can be everything to be done:

-- New encode
It FFMpeg with a PAL-DVD MPEG compliant. Quality (bit rate) and aspect ratio (4:3, 16:9) can be set (but from the output file identified and proposed).
-- Transform Coding
Skips the encode and converts the file with VLC in a transport stream. Quality can be set. Resolution, aspect ratio, etc. is through VLC from output file.
-- Multiplexing (. Ts)
Multiplexed the file with VLC in a TS
-- Only copy (. Ts)
Copies of the output file into a. TRP File

After clicking on the "Start" then the following happened:
-- Treatment of. TRP files in the above selection
-- Creation of the aufnahme.ifo, aufnahme.idx and info.xml
-- Splitting the receptive when> 2GB
-- Copying the files (via FTP or transfer to the Kathi) in the destination folder
