    dreambox 800 se server och klient mgcamd newcs

    Kan man ha ett kort i en dreambox 800 se och installera newcs som server och mgcamd som client så den använder sig som både server och client?
    får det inte och fungera men när jag använder en relook som server och dreambox som client fungerar det utan problem.

    kan någon peka ut något exempel med beskrivning, kör enigma 2 3.3
    va snälla i svaren jag är ny på detta

    Det går bra det, posta configfilerna för dm800 så får du nog hjälp. (newcs.xml)(newcamd.list)

    Håller med ovanstående om att det är en "real pain in the ass" att läsa sådana där automatgenererade config-filer med tonvis med skräp i.

    Men jag har gjort mig besväret att rensa din konfig från allt onödigt och nu ser den plötsligt vettig ut.
    Mitt tips är att skita i sådana där config-generators och istället skriva din konfig för hand. Då har du en chans att faktiskt förstå varenda rad och vad den är bra för. När det gäller newcs kan man gärna utgå från den "default-config" jag tipsat om i detta inlägg:

    har provat båda alternativen som postats men det går inte.

    den fungerar hur bra som helst som en MGCAMD eller CCAM client mot en relook, men det fungerar inte när dremboxen ska vara server och client.
    är det någon som varit med om liknande?
    nedan är newcs.xml som finns på relooken och som fungerar när dreamboxen är client
    jag flashar den med newenigma2 4.03 trycker blå knapp laddar new mgcamd1.3 newcs1.6 ändrar filerna enligt er spec funkar inte.
    tar bort newcs ändrar så den använder mgcamd och relooken som newcs server fungerar direkt

    Och du sätter i kortet åt rätt håll i Dreamboxen?

    Du får dela upp felsökningen i två steg:

    1. Kolla så att serverdelen newcs funkar.
    Flasha Dreamboxen och installera newcs samt mgcamd. Ändra filerna som jag beskrivit.
    Från en PC på samma nät surfar du till newcs webinterface http://<dream-ip>:8080
    (istället för <dream-ip> skriver du givetvis IP-adressen till din Dreambox.)
    Logga in som newcs med lösenord newcs
    Klicka runt i webinterfacet. Leta efter Entitlements. Prova att lista entitlements från kortet. Får du då fram ett antal rader med datum på slutet så funkar newcs och serverdelen.

    2. Kolla klientdelen mgcamd.
    När serverdelen funkar så kan du felsöka mgcamd. Logga in i boxen och skriv kommando:
    killall mgcamd
    för att stoppa mgcamd
    Starta mgcamd igen genom att skriva
    mgcamd
    Läs meddelanden som kommer på skärmen och se vad den klagar på.
