From our side, we can't do anything for you, because it isn't us who decided to change of encryption system.
The best way is to ask directly your questions to ComHem, they should be the best placed to tell you what they plan to do to allow their customers still watching the "old Viaccess" scrambled channels. I suppose they will send a new smartcard in Conax access to all their customers, and inform them what modifications this will involve with their receiver.
If ComHem needs more information, they can contact our Sales Managers.
I sent an email to our Sales Managers, to see if we can find a solution with ComHem or what we can do from our side.
I will let you know as soon as I will get an answer.
Be sure that we understand your situation and we do our best.
----
We have asked our Scandinavian wholesaler to help us to find a "diplomatic" solution for this problem.
In fact Xcom and Pace Europe is the same company, we just changed our name due to our integration in the Pace group.
As a result, you will find our product on the Pace website : www.pace.tv I hope you will enjoy visit it, and find out what you want.
----
I will send you a mail, or you can check on your box if a new update is available. I will also see with our sales team the best way to inform everybody for this news.
